As an UX designer, the major spontaneous mission was to enhance the collaborative process with founders, engineers and business partners through process mapping workshops with service blueprint to solve communicative problems causing efficiencies. My main responsibility was to design dashboard UIs for customers and new cloud SaaS concept for further business. Also I contributed to gain new major customers by improving initial customer-facing demonstration tools, delivering the virtual process into a visually comprehensible way.
